Your first file without an account runs up to 10 minutes and 50 MB. A free account raises that to 5 files a day at up to 30 minutes each. Pro takes files up to 5 hours.
What happens to my audio?
Uploads are encrypted and audio is deleted the moment your transcript is ready, on every tier. We keep your text, never your sound.
How long do you keep my transcripts?
Free accounts keep 7 days of history. Pro keeps transcripts until you delete them.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, any time from the billing portal on your account page. Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for.
